What an honor to have photograph Frances and Daniel’s beautiful wedding day at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the beautiful bride and her family since we were mere teenagers, so to be here on her special day alongside her family was pretty amazing. Prior to the wedding day I had not met Daniel the groom, but in the short time we got to spend together, I could see the great family man he is and how much this day was as special to him as the bride. His thanks and words of appreciation at the end of the night were truly heart felt and couldn’t have thanked him enough for the great memories I witness throughout the day.
Being able to Photograph a wedding where you know people in attendance is always an added bonus. In this case, it was no different. I had the opportunity of seeing familiar faces that I had not seen in several years. It was great to say hi, hug and just briefly catch up with many people. To the Fernandez, Alvarez and Nuñez family, it was great to see you all again. May your families continue to get bigger and be blessed abundantly.
As for the venue, this was the first time I had the pleasure of photographing at The Palace at Somerset Park What a remarkable venue. All I can say is that you made my job that more easier and enjoyable. From the spacious and regal looking suites that the wedding parties where getting ready at to the setup of the ceremony and the main reception area, all were styled in a top quality fashion. You helped in creating a scenery that will forever be recorded in the photographs taken for this beautiful couple.
To the IOG Films crew, what can I say, you guys are true professionals. It was a pleasure working alongside you guys. It’s always great to meet fellow creatives in this business, especially those that have that hunger to make an impact in the industry. Can’t wait to see the final production and also looking forward to the next time our paths cross.
To Frances & Daniel, you guys stuck it out with me and the IOG Films crew through all the hoops and scenarios we put you both through during this day. You guys are rockstars! Frances, you were such a beautiful looking bride, you certainly made my day easy. I wish you both and your growing family much blessings on your new journey as husband and wife.
